Alan Tickle
Alan commenced his career in the banking industry in 1976 and worked for the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Ltd and then National Australian Bank until 1987 when he took up a position as Branch Manager of the State Building Society at Grafton. |

| Following the merger with St George Building Society, Alan then moved from Grafton to manage the St George Branch at Taree prior to commencing his financial planning career as a St George Financial Planner in 1990. | |
| He completed his Diploma in Financial Planning in 1992 and became a Certified Financial Planner in 1993. | |
| On 5 occasions Alan received the award of St George Financial Planner of the year and was twice a finalist in the George employee of the year award. | |
| In 2008, Alan accepted St George’s offer to transfer from the St George financial planning dealership to the Securitor Group and become self employed. | |
| On a personal note, Alan is also an elected member of Greater Taree City Council first becoming elected in 2004 and re-elected in 2008. | |
| His other interests include, sport ( particularly cricket.. where he could be described as a tragic!!) Music, Arts, and he is also a member of both Rotary and Lions. | |
| Alan is committed to remaining focussed on service and being available to assist clients when they are most in need of assistance. | |
Jonathon Tickle |

Jonathon completed is HSC in 2008 and is in full apprenticeship mode where he is working closely with Narelle Dark and Narelle Riley to learn administration functions. |

| He will commencing his formal tertiary studies by correspondence and residential courses in Financial Planning which will cover all the technical aspects of strategy and advice. | |
| He will also be tutored and generally mentored by “Dad” who incidentally was used by his former employer in a similar role, to help new financial planners learn from experienced senior advisers. | |
| In the next couple of years, Jonathon will commence providing basic product advice and will also be learning about and becoming qualified in personal risk ( life) protection insurance. | |
Narelle Riley Her system knowledge and attention to detail allows Narelle to handle most of the routine service enquiries that clients have but with the understanding that requests for actual advice gets referred to Alan. Narelle is also very adept in assisting clients complete Centrelink reviews and her thorough and systematic approach to administration ensures that client files are maintained to an excellent standard. |

Narelle Dark Narelle has also worked with Alan for over 10 years either in her capacity as a St George Customer Service officer where she excelled to the point of being named Employee of the Year by the then St George Building Society in 1990 or as a Financial Planning assistant. Narelle Dark, like her colleague Narelle Riley, has plenty of experience and knowledge that allows her to handle many of the routine client enquiries. |

| However, her principal role is to help Alan with progress work on new and existing clients in a personal assistant and para- planning role. | |
| Libby Johnson Accounting Services Libby has had extensive experience in the Banking and accounting professions and is Alan’s right hand person in the accounts area, where her administration role is in the back office with pay roll and accounts payable. Libby’s valuable contribution enables Alan to concentrate on client service. |

| Mary-Ann Nowland Administration and Client Service Mary-Ann is employed on a casual basis to provide relief during leave and to also provide reception duties two afternoon’s per week. Mary-Ann who has had previous experience in marketing, hospitality and event management is presently training in the financial planning service role under the guidance of Narelle Riley. |
